Privacy Policy

The short version

Acquire Community is operated by Sebastian Global Holding Group LLC. We keep data collection to a minimum. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build profiles of visitors. When you purchase a membership, checkout is handled by our payment partner, and we never see or store your full card details.

What we collect

Browsing the public site requires no account. If you apply for or purchase a membership, we receive limited information needed to grant access, such as your name, email address, and the membership tier you selected. Any messages you send us are kept only for as long as needed to respond.

Payments and checkout

Paid memberships are sold through Whop. When you choose a plan you are redirected to Whop to complete checkout, and Whop acts as the payment processor and merchant of record for that transaction. Card and billing data are collected and stored by Whop under their own terms, not by us. We receive only confirmation of your purchase and the details required to activate your membership. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic. It is privacy-friendly, does not build a profile of you, and is not used for cross-site tracking. Analytics are opt-in: they only run after you choose Accept in our cookie banner, and you can decline at any time.

Third-party links and services

The site links to external services including Whop, Tapdust, and Community Industry, and our free community is hosted on a separate platform. Once you leave Acquire Community, the privacy policy of that service applies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
