Overview

These terms govern your use of Acquire Community, operated by Sebastian Global Holding Group LLC. By accessing the site or joining a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Membership and eligibility

Acquire Community is a private, invite-only network for verified community owners, buyers, and investors. We may review applications and reserve the right to approve, decline, or revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your account and any invitation private to you.

Payments, billing, and checkout

Paid memberships are billed monthly at the price shown for your tier. Checkout is handled by Whop: when you select a plan you are redirected to Whop to pay, and Whop acts as the payment processor and merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel your subscription through Whop. Payment disputes and refunds are subject to Whop policies and to any refund terms we publish; where nothing else applies, memberships are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

No investment or financial advice

Acquire Community is a network for discussion and connection. Nothing on the site or within the community is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and no acquisition outcome, return, or result is promised. Any deal, valuation, or decision is made at your own risk, and you should seek your own professional advice before acting.

Community conduct

You agree to act professionally and lawfully, to respect the privacy of other members, and not to share member information or community content outside the network without permission. We may remove content or members that breach these terms or harm the community.

Intellectual property

The Acquire Community name, logo, and site content belong to Sebastian Global Holding Group LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Content you post remains yours, but you grant us permission to display it within the community for the purpose of running the service.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as Whop for payments and other platforms for hosting and community features. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and their own terms apply when you use them.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms, pricing, or the features of a tier from time to time. We may suspend or end access to the service, and you may cancel at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.

Governing law and contact
